## Refund & Exchange Policy

**No Refunds are allowed**

All sales are final as each kit is personalised specially for you. We do not offer refunds for any products purchased from M Studio Pet.

**Exchanges**

Exchanges are only permitted if an item is found to be malfunctioning or defective due to a production issue. To qualify for an exchange:

- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

- The item must be unused and in its original condition.

- Proof of malfunction (such as photos or video) may be required.

**Exclusions**

- Exchanges will not be granted for any product that shows signs of wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by the customer.

- We do not accept exchanges for reasons related to personal preference, change of mind, or accidental damage during use.

**How to Request an Exchange**

To request an exchange for a malfunctioning item, you may email us at mstudiosg7@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting evidence (photos/videos). Alternatively, you may also contact us through Instagram.
